Units in the west tower are organized in a pinwheel parti of intersecting volumes. These take advantage of different urban and natural views offered by the project with projected balconies. The intersection of these volumes terminates in a penthouse with a private terrace with views of downtown Miami.
The eastern volume is organized perpendicular to the oceanfront; balconies flank the interior side of the building facing the courtyard, and the exterior side of the building on the ocean side. The penthouse level has access to a full rooftop terrace with panoramic urban and ocean views. Typical floors have two 3 bedroom units accessed through an elevator with a private foyer.
